The Levene product range is fully water-based. Compared to solvent-based products, water-based products reduce the impact on the environment because they contain low levels of VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds), which contribute to poor air quality.
Solvent-based products have long drying times and a strong odour. Water-based products dry faster, have less smell and brushes and rollers can be cleaned up with water rather than with solvent cleaners – further reducing the impact on the environment.
Water-based products are also extremely durable and washable; therefore extending the time between repaints. |

Disposing of unwanted paint
Do not contaminate storm water with paint or paint washings. Do not pour paint down the drain. Brush out any unused paint onto newspaper, allow to dry and then place in domestic waste. Dry empty containers in a ventilated area, then recycle via recycling programs. Disposal of empty containers via domestic recycling programs may differ between local authorities
